About the Role:   

Firestorm is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO/CTO. The EA will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operation by managing schedules, communications, and various projects. The ideal candidate will bring a vibrant energy to the team, possess exceptional communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

You are a proactive individual with a robust background in executive administration. Your strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively make you an essential player in streamlining operations for the CEO. You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while fostering a collaborative environment. Your infectious positivity and work-hard/play-hard attitude align perfectly with our company culture.   

  

Responsibilities:   

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, ensuring effective time management and scheduling of meetings and appointments.   

  • Review and prioritize incoming emails, providing a summary for the CEO, and drafting responses as needed.   

  • Create engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support meetings and initiatives.   

  • Direct projects as requested by the CEO, maintaining clear communication and progress updates.   

  • Manage various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics coordination.   

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.   

  • Perform other duties as assigned to assist in operational efficiency and effectiveness.   

  

Skills and Experience Required:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; MBA is a nice-to-have.   

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.   

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and professionally.   

  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs as needed for various tasks.   

  • A positive attitude that contributes to a supportive and team-oriented culture.   

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000
